Володимир Філенко (нар. 1955 року у селі Шелудьківка на Харківщині) — український політик. Був заступником голови Народної Ради, народним депутатом першого, третього, четвертого і шостого скликань, головою однієї з перших партій в посткомуністичній Україні — Партії демократичного відродження України, 'польовим командиром' Помаранчевого Майдану.
