While we await the start of the new 2026 Cornish Tuna fishing season, we’re pleased to offer a limited number of frozen Bluefin Tuna portions, available now.
These steaks come from the 2025 Summer / Autumn catch, sourced from the Cornish Tuna Fishery, where fishing is tightly managed with just 15 inshore licences and carefully controlled landing quantities. Each fish is caught using sustainable hook and line methods, ensuring a highly selective and responsible approach.
Expertly prepared by our highly skilled fishmongers, these steaks are packaged in two (150g) portion packs and frozen. They will arrive partially defrosted, are not suitable for home freezing and may vary in colour but this will not affect the flavour.
Pan seared rare to medium rare, these steaks melt in the mouth and are delicious when served with a fresh citrus-based salsa.
