Care & Considerations
- Cool Down First: Always wait a few minutes for the plate to cool down before removing prints. This prevents damage to the PEI surface and extends the product's lifespan.
- Cleaning: Clean regularly with warm water and detergent to remove dust and grease, which decrease adhesion. Do NOT use Acetone, as it will damage the PEI surface.
- Bubble Removal: If bubbles appear under the PEI sheet, place the plate on a heatbed heated to 80°C for several hours to help eliminate them.
- Restoration: If adhesion decreases over time, carefully sanding the surface with fine-grit sandpaper (600 grit) can help restore grip.
- Consumable Item: The PEI sheet will degrade over time with normal use. Warranty covers manufacturing defects only, not cosmetic wear like scratches or dents.

Installation
- Align: Orient the plate so the text faces you and align it with the back fixed points of the printer's platform.
- Lower: Gently lower the plate onto the magnetic base.
- Verify: Ensure the edges are parallel with the heatbed and no corners are lifted.
