Years of development and refinement through our own racing programs and working with the top bracket and sportsman cars on the planet have brought this new kit to market. The new Sportsman HD brake system is a series of refinements on a classic to withstand the abuse of bracket racing. It is no secret that the fast paced nature and the speeds today's bracket cars inflict on a braking system create tremendous heat and wear, so we set out to create something up to the job.
F3 Calipers
Featuring our strongest in class F3 caliper that delivers unrivaled clamping force and stopping power and never wears out. These calipers provide the no drag design that made TBM so famous.
Rotors
Our new revolution rotor designed for our HD and Top Dragster Kits offers a new proprietary steel alloy and architecture to provide better heat control while still coming in as one of the lightest and most capable rotors on the planet.
Brake Pads
Our Sportsman HD and Top Dragster kits utilize our newest #96 brake pad compound developed over the last several years of intense durability testing. This pad is specifically designed to deliver the same stopping performance of our previous pads, while being able to better handle elevated operating temperature and also improving wear life significantly

Made for 2.332" Axle Offset

With a revolutionary design TBM Brakes has lower drag and friction than competitors. Lower rolling resistance means quicker ET and better overall performance as well as longer pad life.

*Please use red Loctite on all rotor bolts*
We recommend using TBM DOT 5.1 Extreme 6 Brake Fluid for all TBM Brake Kits. You'll need at least 4 (12 oz) bottles of fluid when building and plumbing a new system that is empty.
TBM Rear Drag Brakes are specifically designed to have maximum clearance for 15" double beadlocks offering best in class clearance they clear nearly every beadlock on the market. Use this reference diagram for clearance concerns.
