The BT2400HD from DHC is a heavy-duty hand-held battery and electrical system tester that supports 12V serial and parallel battery packs. This heavy duty model extends the support for trucks, tractors, and other heavy vehicles and applications. With 24V battery and battery pack support, it can test a wide range of battery configurations, which includes single 24V batteries, 12V parallel packs, and 12V serial (24V) packs. This battery testing ability is coupled with our time saving testing algorithms and procedure, so you can get battery condition report more quickly. The extra-length 14.7 ft (4.5m) clamp-cable set makes this tester perfect for truck repair shops or fleets.
Equipped with a new color TFT-LCD display, brand-new user interface, and a temperature sensor, the BT2400HD is engineered to be fast, accurate, and easy to use.

Field-Replaceable Clamp Sets
All BT2400 Series testers now feature easily replaceable clamp sets that plug into the tester lead set with a standard flat plug. If clamps become damaged, simply order replacement clamp set PN 324BT1000000.
Flexible Battery Type Support
In addition to the traditional AA alkaline batteries, the BT2400HD can also support AA NiMH rechargeable batteries and 18650 Li-Ion rechargeable batteries. DHC recommends 18650 rechargeable Li-Ion batteries for the best battery life performance.
Amp Clamp & Voltage Probe Support
Optional amp clamp (PN 1019309201) and voltage probe (PN 1027241801) are available for enhanced testing capabilities.
