Directions for Use
Healthy Starter Pack+: Take the contents of one packet 15 minutes before eating, three times daily, with at least 8oz of water.
Liquid Chlorophyll: Mix 5ml with a glass of water twice daily.
Pre + Pro 15: Take one capsule with plenty of water and a meal three times daily.
Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dosages.
