You must provide a phone number for delivery before we ship the item. This item is palletized and requires truck freight to your location. Your number will be provided to the freight carrier to contact you about scheduling the delivery. An email address will not be accepted as a primary form of contact. Each freight order needs 72 hours to prepare for shipment. We will provide a Pro number for tracking your order with the chosen freight carrier. Should you need a specific delivery date, you must contact us at [email protected] or at 704-431-4746 to make arrangements. Please reference your order number in your message.
Any order that is not accepted by the agreed upon scheduled delivery date with the freight carrier will be assessed storage fees of up to $50 per day.
Any order not accepted (except for freight damages*) will be assessed a $200 restocking fee.

East Coast- 2-3 business days
*freight damages can happen. Please inspect your order for any damages that might have occurred in transit. We will absolutely replace any part or the entirety of your order should the damaged items be unusable. Contact us at 704-431-4746 if there are any issues.
