La raccolta delle uve avviene manualmente, in cassette. Segue una fermentazione con i soli lieviti indigeni in cuves di legno.
Questo Chenin Blanc si esalta bene ad antipasti leggeri a base di pesce o di verdure e a secondi di mare. Ottimo anche come aperitivo.

This watch is very good for its price range, of course this isn’t a Seiko, but what do you expect for under $50. I’m extremely excited about this watch and just finished removing some links for it to fit. That’s the worst part removing the links which is very difficult even with the tool that was supplied. Now, we’ll see how long the watch will last and hold up after everyday being worn. It’s a good looking and comfortable watch that’s inexpensive.
