E-MU Proteus/1 XR Pop Rock 1U MIDI Sound Module - Extended RAM 

The Proteus 1/XR is an economical one-space module consisting of loads of  rock and pop sounds. It features 8 MB of classic E-MU library sounds!

The Proteus offers professional features such as full 16-part MIDI multitimbrality, 32-voice polyphony, 16-bit ROM samples, six individual polyphonic outputs and extensive editing and modulation capabilities. There is also E-mu's RMidiPatchS that allows direct real-time control of over 40 parameters for keyboard, midi controllers, internal LFOs and envelopes. 

This unit is an XR version. This stands for extended RAM.

Condition:
  • This E-mu has been used.

  • This E-mu has been tested. Everything is working as it should and it sounds great.

  • The cosmetic condition of this unit is great! It shows a small amount of wear, nothing major at all. Please see photos for more details. 

  • The screen looks a little dim in some photos due to the lighting and camera angle, however this is not the case. It is bright and clear. 

  • This unit has had a brand new memory battery installed. The factory sounds are present. 

  • This unit is 100-240V. This means it is worldwide compatible. This unit requires a standard IEC cable to power on. This will only be included for Australian and New Zealand buyers.

If you have a chewer, though, these won’t last you long. Our shepherd mix loves these and then starts to pull the rubber apart the more she plays with it. Our other dogs treat it normally, though, and those ones last forever. They also get some decent height when bounced, and they make a unique whistling noise when thrown.
