Protagonist of the first animated series in the Marvel Cinematographic Universe, and the first character in the MCU to premier in an animation, Uatu, better known as The Watcher, is member of the Watchers race, extremely evolved beings responsible only for watching and registering remarkable events of the Multiverse. The Watcher fulfills an oath that forbids him from interfering in the events that happen in the realities he watches, but that changed when in one of the realities, the evil robot Ultron took over the Infinity Stones and with such power felt Uatu’s presence and became aware of the Multiverse. Forced to violate his oath to protect the countless timelines threatened by Ultron, Uatu gathered heroes from different alternate realities, that by his side, were able to stop the villain to progress his havoc in the Multiverse.
