It's a blend of 80% Syrah and 20% Nebbiolo; picked early and whole bunch pressed (for a more savoury expression), the cloudy juice was sent to tank for wild ferment before storage in 4,000 litre French oak foudre. Bottled, as usual, without filtration and with minimal sulphur. "Similar wine to the 2017, notes Luke. Translation:
