Installation & Maintenance Tips
- Thoroughly clean the windscreen mounting area with glass cleaner or alcohol before fitting
- Test the mirror position first to ensure good rear visibility before removing the adhesive backing
- Press the base firmly against the glass and hold for the recommended time so the adhesive bonds properly
- Avoid adjusting the mirror by pulling on the glass edge – adjust using the mirror body to prevent damage
- Check the adhesive periodically, especially after extreme temperature changes, and resecure if necessary

I got this as a gift for my husband and he used it for less than a week and the edges are already peeling. It seems more plastic than real leather. Very disappointing for the price. Would not expect this from Carhartt as their quality is typically very good.
