The Deba is a traditional Japanese single-bevel knife designed for breaking down whole fish. Its thick blade provides stability and strength for cutting through fish heads, bones, and filleting tasks with control and efficiency.
It is a right-handed single-bevel knife intended for professional use. The handle is made from Magnolia wood with a Buffalo horn bolster, providing durability and a traditional Japanese balance.
