The intake tube is designed to accommodate the factory crank case vent hose. The system is paired with a washable, reusable High-Flow Air Filter™ featuring oiled cotton filter media, which is protected by an embossed air box that installs into the original air box space under the hood panel. The oversized, conical filter design allows you to go up to 100,000 miles between filter services under normal highway driving conditions.
