NEW 4 LP BOX SET

New sealed copy. 2022 reissue on 180 gram black vinyl. Deluxe box set includes updated box art and inner sleeves, a 36-page full-color art book featuring band member notes, photos, and credits, and a 28-page lyric book with illustrations. Released by Virgin Records and made in Germany.

Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness is the third studio album by American alternative rock band the Smashing Pumpkins, released on October 24, 1995, in the United Kingdom and a day later in the United States on Virgin Records. Produced by frontman Billy Corgan with Flood and Alan Moulder, the 28-track album was released as a two-disc CD and triple LP. It features a wide array of musical styles, including art rock, grunge, alternative pop, and heavy metal.

Propelled by its lead single "Bullet with Butterfly Wings", the album debuted at number one on the US Billboard 200 with first-week sales of 246,500 units. It remains the band's only album to top the Billboard 200. It spawned five more singles—"1979", "Zero", "Tonight, Tonight", the promotional "Muzzle" and "Thirty-Three"—over the course of 1996, and was certified diamond by the RIAA, equivalent to more than 10 million units sold in the US. Lauded by critics for its ambition and scope, Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness earned the band seven Grammy Award nominations in 1997, including Album of the Year and Record of the Year ("1979"), as well as nine MTV Music Video Awards nominations, eight of which were for "Tonight, Tonight", including Video of the Year. The singles became hits on mainstream rock and modern rock stations, and "Bullet with Butterfly Wings", "1979", "Tonight, Tonight" and "Thirty-Three" became the band's first Top 40 hits, crossing over to pop radio stations.

An immature take on Peter Parker only suitable for the most immature reader
Format: Kindle
Someday, Marvel Comics won't be controlled by white male Boomers/GenXers who make Peter Pan look well adjusted and who incessantly try to recapture a childhood that never actually existed while believing women have cooties and adult relationships are icky. But until then, we get Amazing Spider-Man by Joe Kelly, whose writing is the living embodiment of the Steve Buscemi "How do you do, my fellow kids" meme. This run is boring, trite and cliched. You could probably get a more insightful and original story by asking ChatGPT to write one for you. The only thing going for the run - so far - is that Kelly at least isn't outright aggressively antagonizing the reader unlike the previous writer. It's just...bland and mediocre.

Fantasy
Format: Kindle
It was basically two stories in one book. One was about Logan's encounter with Flower Cartel. He was sent on a mission to find out who was or were stealing Kratoan flowers. He didn't catch whodunit. But I am sure that he will find out some more about Flower Cartel later on ... Two was about vampires up to no good when it concerned mutants. When Omega Red came in on the island looking badly injured, it was reported to Logan. He thought that Omega Red was up to something and decided to investigate. He found vampires and their "master" but he still didn't know what they were up to. However, he did have some idea what Omega Red did. It ended with him not knowing of a bargain Omega Red made with the master. I am sure that Logan will find out what they are planning for him and his friends later on ...

Wolverines and Holy Knights
Format: Kindle
Fun and great artwork. It has been awhile though so the X-Men timeline confuses me. Anyways I'm a Wolverine fanboy so I liked it.
