Each box contains one randomly selected First Partner special illustration promo card from a pool of nine unique designs. The featured starters are:
- Johto: Chikorita, Cyndaquil, Totodile
- Unova: Snivy, Tepig, Oshawott
- Galar: Grookey, Scorbunny, Sobble
