The AWE Performance Exhaust for the Boxster S project can be touted as one of the most comprehensive and intensive research and development initiatives in our exhaust collection. Hundreds of hours of research and development, multiple revisions and countless real world and dyno tests have output a system that is equal parts aggressive and sophisticated at any RPM. In other words, the only exhaust set up worthy of the AWE badge.We studied the market. Existing Boxster S systems revealed untenable tones at certain points in the power band. This set the stage for our engineering group to craft a bespoke system that would be both aggressive at full throttle yet civil enough for daily cruising. The prototyping process was a long road: AWE sound engineers carefully studied the tones of our prototype Boxster S iterations at various RPMs, ultimately engineering a Boxster S solution that combats frequencies that are not appropriate for a car of this caliber – retaining and building upon only the perfect notes.This AWE Boxster S Performance Exhaust comes with 102mm Chrome Silver double walled tips, stamped with the AWE logo, so they'll know what team you're on.This Part Fits:

It's a job but totally worth it

Pack a lunch when you tackle this project boys.. its a doozy!! Month in going great so far definetly did what I purchased it to do. 2000 chevy with two p3 10s every bass drop sounded like an old firebird with loose trunk bolts. Threw this on the back walls floor underneath the speaker and the doors.. all that energy is now in the cab with me instead of getting lost in rattling metal!! Love it!!! Left a few pieces outside after I was done rained like hell on them so water doesnt hurt this stuff at all or direct sunlight in south mississippi.. good stuff pick this up and make them systems thud instead of rattle!!! You wont regret it!! I didn't!!

Reasonably priced sound deadening

Easy to cut with a carpet knife. I used a heatgun to make it stickier and more moldable. The foil isn't so thick that you risk cutting yourself like some Dynamat variants.
