The Sheep (IL-10) Interleukin 10 ELISA Kit measures Interleukin 10 in Sheep samples. The plate has been pre-coated with Sheep IL-10 antibody. IL-10 present in the sample is added and binds to antibodies coated on the wells. And then biotinylated Sheep IL-10 Antibody is added and binds to IL-10 in the sample. Then Streptavidin-HRP is added and binds to the Biotinylated IL-10 antibody. After incubation unbound Streptavidin-HRP is washed away during a washing step. Substrate solution is then added and color develops in proportion to the amount of Sheep IL-10. The reaction is terminated by addition of acidic stop solution and absorbance is measured at 450 nm.

Interesting pillowcase that does run cool to the touch
To begin: I'm a 64 y/o woman who still gets hot flashes, despite air-conditioning and a fan blowing on me at night. It's the sheets off then blankets on routine that so many of us know. I ordered this pillowcase hoping that I would find some kind of relief in the night, even it was only for my head. The fabric is very unusual. It's a silky nylon blend, very swishy and soft. It reminds me of luxury, expensive women's lingerie. It's extremely slippery, moreso when you have your head on it; there certainly won't be any resistance or pulling on the hair all night. I washed it before using it, put it in a mesh bag to protect it from getting snagged. It washed and dried as good as new. One thing to note: because it is so slippery the pillow may want to slide a little out of the pillowcase. I slept quite well and did not experience any heat or sweating on it. The reason for the 4* and not 5* is the price, at almost $20 it is a bit pricey for a rectangle of nylon fabric. I could see if it were real silk, but it's not. Otherwise it's exactly what it purports to be.

Photo taken after about half of the filling was removed and many months of use. Still my favorite pillows ever! I absolutely love these adjustable cooling pillows! They keep me cool all night long (must use without a pillowcase for cooling effect.) They arrived with enough filling to make them super firm and extremely thick. They took several hours to fully puff up. I removed about half the filling to make a more plush pillow which I prefer and they’re still thick and comfy. They offer the perfect amount of support.
