The 1998 racing season started out with a bang as Gianpiero Moretti took MOMO 333SP across the checkered flag as the overall winner of the Daytona 24 Hour race! It was Moretti’s 28th year at the event, and Ferrari’s first overall win at the Daytona 24 hours since 1967. This was then followed up by a masterful race win at the Sebring 12 hour. Rounding out the triple was a nail-biting win at Watkins Glen. Making the 1998 season a truly magical one for the team.

To solve the rust issue I put an old plastic cutting board under it. We use it with the modifications mentioned.
