料理方式：
✅將雞和一包雜糧材料洗乾淨，取2條鮮人蔘；水淹過食材把材料塞進雞的肚子裡，加入些許米酒大火滾了關小火煮到雞肉熟透再加入紅棗、些許鹽巴或調味料即可關火上桌囉⋯⋯
