The Bovine (CSF3) Granulocyte Colony-stimulating Factor ELISA Kit measures Granulocyte Colony-Stimulating Factor in Bovine samples. The plate has been pre-coated with Bovine CSF3 antibody. CSF3 present in the sample is added and binds to antibodies coated on the wells. And then biotinylated Bovine CSF3 Antibody is added and binds to CSF3 in the sample. Then Streptavidin-HRP is added and binds to the Biotinylated CSF3 antibody. After incubation unbound Streptavidin-HRP is washed away during a washing step. Substrate solution is then added and color develops in proportion to the amount of Bovine CSF3. The reaction is terminated by addition of acidic stop solution and absorbance is measured at 450 nm.

When you unfold it to play, you lock it into place with the orange locking slide so it doesn’t fold up on you. But when you’re done playing and fold it up, there’s no way to lock it into that position, it can keep unfolding if you carry it around with you, plus the orange locking slide keeps sliding up and down.
