The 1977 Houston show is one of Queen's most iconic live performances of the mid-70s. The show, which has been released numerous times before, is now available in 2019 as the latest upgraded definitive edition with the latest restored video and the first ever real stereo remastered soundtrack. The Houston Summit concert is one of the most iconic live performances of the mid-70s, when the band conquered the U.S. on the massive tour that accompanied their “Dedicate to the World” album. This is the first time in history that the concert has been completely remastered in real stereo for the first time in addition to the clear and vivid restored video! In addition to the Blu-ray release of the full-length version, the documentary and extra footage from the previous version have also been added. The latest collector's edition of Queen's classic live performance of 1977 is now available on Blu-ray for the first time ever in a “New Master Edition” of a different dimension!

This “New Master Edition” is the latest updated version of “ROCK THE SUMMIT,” which was released in 2017 as a 40th anniversary edition and the first limited edition sold out. As you can see in the sample images, the previously dull and faded images have been corrected to be clearer and brighter, and the color tones have been revised, resulting in a clearly restored image. In addition, the only monaural sound source that had previously been converted to pseudo-stereo has now been remastered in real stereo for the first time. The difference is obvious when compared to the original monaural version. The sound image of the Real Stereo version is of the highest quality, and Freddie's vocal improvisation and Brian's guitar solo are recorded with excellent separation between left and right. Both the new real stereo source and the original mono source are included, and the difference in quality can be clearly heard by switching between the two audio sources. The “New Master Edition” is the highest quality and most definitive version of this classic Houston show to date. In addition to the Blu-ray version of the original recording, the documentary and extra footage included in the previous version have been added to this latest Blu-ray edition for 2020.
