About the Author
An engineer by trade, Pete Stanford was born in Aldershot in 1964. He has followed both the ‘old’ and ‘new’ clubs since 1979 and has been keeping detailed statistical information on the ‘new’ club since its inception in 1992.
He has contributed information to the club’s official and unofficial websites, as well as to other clubs and media bodies, and has been a regular contributor to the Aldershot Town matchday programme over the past few seasons.
In the 2007–08 season he was responsible for programme information on fixtures, results and player statistical information.
