Jonathan R. Dull is the author of two award-winning histories of the French navy. Bringing to bear years of study of war and diplomacy, his book conveys the fine details and the high drama of the age of grand and decisive naval conflict. Dull delves into the seven wars that Great Britain and France, often in alliance with lesser naval powers such as Spain and the Netherlands, fought between 1688 and 1815. Viewing war as most statesmen of the time saw it--as a contest of endurance--he also treats the tragic side of the Franco-British wars, which shattered the greater security and prosperity the two powers enjoyed during their brief period as allies. First off, this thing is HUGE! I love that the side pockets fill with sand to keep from flying away and how easy it is to stuff back in and put away.. Its definitley machine wash safe (use cool water to prevent the material from getting messed up) and it doesn't get that wet towel smell if being used multiple times during a trip.. It's been camping and beaching LOL.. Would buy again when this one needs to be replaced.

Working well for my home physical therapy follow-up needs

These bands work well for me to continue my physical therapy regimen at home. I have only owned them for a few weeks but the quality seems to be good for my usage. Just keep in mind I am using these for PT, not for any advanced or lofty strengthening goals.
