• Uncap up to 150 frames per hour with this machine.
• Comes with 2 plastic containers with perforated tray on the bottom to collect the cappings instead of the one stainless steel shown on picture.
• The Oscillating uncapping blades are precisely heated by circulating hot water through their inside without introducing moisture to the cappings.  
  
• Please a frame in the bracket above the blades and push down on the frame manually.  Oscillation of the blades only occurs while the frame is pushed down.  Guard prevents hand touching the blades.  Use foot pedal to lift blades away from the uncapped frame when lifting up the frame.   After uncapping is complete, place frame on rack which holds about 20 frames.  
• Counter-balance operation with either manual or foot pedal control of blade distance.
• The blades can be adjusted to various frame sizes with a simple and quick movement. The blades do not touch the frame's end bars, they move within them, and so neither the blades nor the frames can get damaged.
