COLD DRESSING: Soak the dressing in boiled water as previously mentioned, then let it cool completely. Apply it to the affected area. Alternatively, the dressing can be stored in the refrigerator for a chilled application, keeping it in the bag. DRY DRESSING: Place the dressing on the affected area and secure it with a bandage, ensuring not to wrap it too tightly. Always position the shiny side away from the skin.Shipping Notes

Exactly what I wanted. Exact quality thickness and sturdiness. Only small downside is they're coated in a wax like substance and stick together so you have to pry them apart and if you microwave something, it tends to meld together and also stick into the bowl. But I still love them especially the price.
