It is meant to store small, or crushable items during a performance without making your hand look obvious. Then a little sleight of hand lets you vanish/palm the item on cue.
Finger Prosthetics For Producing Small Items
This interior finger prosthetic mimics the interior curvature of the two central fingers. It has a light to mid skin tone, and won’t be noticeable if a spectator looks at your hand. Though it still probably won’t hold up to close scrutiny. You can then use it to produce items on cue.
