The electrically deployable tow bar is operated via a switch in the rear loadspace and also by infotainment systems. It is sensitive to obstruction encountered during deploying/stowing and will stow automatically if necessary. The electrically deployable tow bar is stowed discreetly behind the rear bumper when not in use providing a clean attractive finish. The towing electrics are included and are also hidden until deployed. Includes nose load measuring feature up to 200kg. Approved for up to 3,500kg trailer load and nose load 350kg. Includes a unique trailer light test facility which allows the driver to check without assistance if the trailer lights, including reverse and brake lights, are functioning correctly. The trailer light test is activated via either a switch in the loadspace or via the touchscreen, depending on the vehicle�s specification. Kit includes electrically deployable tow bar, tow bar module, harness, eight harness tie wraps, three harness tie wraps with integral clip, switch, switch bezel, speaker assembly and tow eye cover. Not available on 130. For vehicles fitted with air suspension and have a Lunar interior. Kit supplied with Satin Starlight tow eye cover. Please Note: For 110 vehicles, already fitted with deployable side steps, the towing module will not be required for fitment. Towing electrics are capable of powering caravans, trailers or lighting boards including those fitted with rear mounted LED lamp kits. However there is a minimum current required which some auxiliary lighting may not support. Good flavor

Good flavor. I quit drinking Metamucil in the past because I didn't like the orange. I was reluctant to try a different flavor but after reading many positive comments about this one I decided to try it. I was not disappointed. Thank you to all who left positive comments about the Berry flavor.

Great Product, Works as Advertised

This product works exactly as described. It makes BM's smoother and gentler. I personally use the unflavored, no sweeteners added version, and honestly, it does not taste very good, but I feel that the results are worth it, and I do not like adding extra sweeteners or flavorings to my diet. I have used this product for many years and have found that about 1 1/2 to 2 tbsps in 12 ounces of water works the best for me. You will need to experiment a bit to find the ratio that works best for you. I recommend that you start on the low side and gradually increase the amount of Metamucil as needed.

Healthy, Effective, and great when mixed with Splenda and Koolaid mix. The best of many options I've tried.
Flavor Name: Unflavored, Size: 1.46 Pound (Pack of 1)
I've sampled a few different varieties of fiber supplements, including both Benefiber and off-brands, and I found that Metamucil provided the most fiber in the least offensive beverage. Compared to the other brands, this stuff is smoother textured, and goes down easier, as a sort of happy medium between the grittier supplements and the thicker ones.
What about effectiveness? I have apocalyptic IBS, and since starting to take this stuff regularly (one giant glass every morning and evening), my BMs have been much more regular, and more manageable. Flare-ups happen less, and it even seems to do a decent job when taken with meals of cutting the hit to my stomach and gut. I tend to take more than the recommended amount, with an even larger serving of water, as I feel like it helps me stay hydrated and full throughout the day.
I started taking the classic orange Metamucil, but although I really liked the superior flavor (rather like Orange Tang) it packed several times more sugar in each serving than fiber, so while it was great for digestive health, the overall health impact was too negative. I also sampled the sugar-free berry flavors, but found that, although it was ostensibly healthier, the flavor wasn't great, and in addition it suffered from the aspartame aftertaste and further effects (Aspartame gives me headaches). So this was a dilemma for me. What to do? I actually wrote to Metamucil about it, and they recommended this product. The downside is that it comes with absolutely no flavor, so you need to provide your own in order to mask the texture (I wouldn't dream of trying to mix this in plain water--yuck!) The upside is they pack 100+ servings into a container, and you really are free to blend it into whatever suits your fancy. Obviously if you mix it with something like orange juice, then you're already negating the benefits of this stuff over the sugary orange flavor, but I've personally found a much better way.
I like to mix this stuff with Kool-aid mix and Splenda (Sucralose) sweetener. I buy a ton of Splenda and kool-aid as it mixes up tasting sweet, like sugar, but without the calories or aftertaste. You can dump a spoonful of this stuff into a glass of splenda-koolaid, or just dump 8 servings worth of this stuff in with a packet of koolaid powder and a cup of splenda, and then just mix it up and spoon it into water as needed. Better tasting, sugar-free and packed with good useful fiber.
EDIT: I wish I could subscribe to this stuff. Price of splenda has gone up, but I've figured out thatyou can just dump 7 packets of koolaid mix and 7 dashes of sucralose into a container of this and shake it up.

I like the lack of sweeteners and flavor. I just want the stuff that helps me poop. There is some citric acid in it (no idea why) which gives it a mildly acidic taste. Other than that, it does the trick.
