It can easily be installed for both new construction and remodeling applications, thanks to its pre-punched, integrated nail fin and J-channel (or the option to exclude the J-channel). The bottom sash has a tilt-in feature and operates smoothly with a full-length, slim-line lift rail and block and tackle balance system. With a DP-50 rating (Design Pressure rating) for windows up to 36-in W x 74-in H, this window offers excellent durability. It also features Low-E glass and Argon insulating gas for increased thermal efficiency (ENERGY STAR qualifications may not apply in all zones; refer to each window's U-Value and SHGC value for specific details). The 5/8-in contoured grid pattern inside the glass panes adds style to your home without the hassle of cleaning grids on the outside.
