This LED profile is recessed-mounted, requiring a 14.5mm cut-out hole to create a seamless, built-in look. It serves as a casing for LED tape lights, shielding them against dust and dirt and making them appear polished and finished. The LED profile is trouble-free to install because all the needed screws, mounting brackets and end caps are included. However, it requires compatible LED tape lights (sold separately). If you have no experience with wiring or lighting fixtures, it is crucial for your safety and the proper functioning of the product that you consult an electrician.
Our high-quality LED profile is IP20-rated, which means it is suitable for indoor applications only. It is not waterproof and should not be used in rooms exposed to liquids. If you plan to use it in a bathroom, ensure the strip light you pair with it is waterproof. A combination of an IP20 strip and an IP20 profile should not be used inside a shower area.
