In the second pouch, I can fit 2 glass cases, for sunglasses and a regular pair, my phone, keys, checkbook, small bottle of hand sanitizer and a small pack of tissues. I only keep my daughter's spare apartment key in the back zipper compartment, but you could probably put something small/flat in there. It is very comfortable to wear, and the ring to lock the zippers works well. Worth the price.
