Excellent electrocatalytic performance: Nitrogen doping can alter the electronic structure of graphene, enhance its adsorption capacity for oxygen molecules, and optimize the kinetic process of oxygen reduction reaction (ORR). Therefore, nitrogen doped reduction of graphene oxide is considered a promising oxygen reduction electrocatalyst with broad application prospects.

Good stability: Nitrogen doping enhances the chemical stability of graphene, enabling it to maintain stable performance in harsh environments such as acid and alkali.

High conductivity: The reduction process removes most of the oxygen-containing functional groups in oxidized graphene, restoring its high conductivity. Nitrogen doping further enhances the carrier mobility of graphene, giving it higher conductivity.

Rich functional sites: The introduction of nitrogen atoms provides graphene with more functional sites, enabling it to efficiently interact and react with other materials or molecules.
