The mid-section contains Borla's unique SwitchFire® X-Pipe technology that eliminates the turbulent center intersection of a standard X-Pipe while truly blending the combustion pulses from both sides of the engine for increased performance and improved sound. The sound is further tuned via our Polyphonic Harmonizer Technology which utilizes patented units that contain pipes of different diameters and lengths to create multiple exhaust notes that harmonize to deliver a clean, rich, full-bodied sound. The result is an aggressive custom sound and improved power. The O.E. tailpipes are Resonance Free pipes, see the video for more information about them., The O.E. tail pipes are reused with the BORLA® 60717 mid-section. Use O.E. tips, or optional BORLA® tips to complete this system.
