去年第一次釀造，成品不如理想，經過反省後，本年度成功在最佳狀態下上槽和入樽。
好適米應有的柔和酒質，不太容易察覺的苦澀，就像平穩的湖面般的平靜。
與一般使用食用米的乾坤一相比，氨基酸值較低，所以比起常溫或熱飲，更推薦凍飲。
