The Human (INOS-NOS2) Nitric Oxide Synthase, Inducible ELISA Kit measures Nitric Oxide Synthase, Inducible in samples. The plate has been pre-coated with Human NOS2 antibody. NOS2 present in the sample is added and binds to antibodies coated on the wells. And then biotinylated Human NOS2 Antibody is added and binds to NOS2 in the sample. Then Streptavidin-HRP is added and binds to the Biotinylated NOS2 antibody. After incubation unbound Streptavidin-HRP is washed away during a washing step. Substrate solution is then added and color develops in proportion to the amount of Human NOS2. The reaction is terminated by addition of acidic stop solution and absorbance is measured at 450 nm.

I had no idea what to expect from these. But for as cheap as they were I was willing to just write it off of they weren't that good. I had already picked up a new memory foam pillow to replace my previous memory foam pillow that didn't do well with dissipating heat. Not nearly as warm even after laying on it for a while. No heat buildup, no bits of moisture on the skin after being on it all night. This definitely works well, especially with my cool sleep pillow. Now I can have a far more comfortable nights sleep. For the price, it's a steal. I have no idea what longevity will be, but with two of them, I'm sure I'll get more than my money's worth.
