Venus Fly Trap Plant Care

Watering

Watering should be done using distilled water or rainwater, as tap water may contain minerals that harm the plant. Keep the soil consistently moist but avoid waterlogging, ensuring good drainage by planting it in a pot with drainage holes.

Light

Venus flytraps require plenty of bright, indirect sunlight, so placing them near a south or west-facing window is ideal.

Temperature

They thrive in temperatures between 70°F to 80°F (21°C to 27°C) during the day and a bit cooler at night.

Soil Mix

The soil mix should be acidic, such as a blend of peat moss and perlite, providing the necessary nutrients without overwhelming the plant.

Humidity

High humidity levels are essential, so consider placing the pot on a tray filled with water and pebbles or using a humidifier.

Fertilizer

Avoid fertilizing Venus flytraps with typical houseplant fertilizers, as they obtain nutrients from capturing and digesting insects.

Toxicity

Lastly, while Venus flytraps are not highly toxic to humans, ingesting any part of the plant can cause mild gastrointestinal discomfort, so it's best to keep them out of reach of pets and children.

So far, so good!
Pattern Name: 3 Large balls, Pattern Name: 3 Large balls
Boomer an 8 yr old male Chesapeake Bay Retriever, 105#. When Boomer isn’t duck hunting, he is all about THE BALL. He chews them apart like I own stock. DAY 1 : I’m impressed with the Mankoda . It’s still in one piece. Barely any show of wear. Boomer is carrying it around like a prize, definitely having “a ball”. Needless to say he is loving it. The bright colors are easy to see in the yard. We haven’t played outside so I can’t comment on the bounce. I got the three pack and I feel it’s a reasonable price. I ordered the large ball because Boomer is a big boy. The ball its self is foamy soft to the touch but very firm . Has no smell at least that I can detect . It has little indents on the surface, I agree (with the info) that it will help rub against my boys teeth (brushing time reduced!). You can see them in the picture (the indents not the teeth). The divots you see are from Boomer. But no real damage. I’ll keep updating for a while.

Quality ball - Heeler approved
Pattern Name: 4 Medium balls
My heeler loves this ball He is a huge baller and this balls holds up. Bounces great. Takes a chewing. It’s also lightweight, which is good, because sometimes my aim is bad. The 2.5” is big enough to not roll under the couch. Awesome. The best part is, he has a stash of replacements ready for when he loses it.

Best dog ball ever!
Pattern Name: 3 Large balls
We have a border collie and an Australian cattle dog. Both are obsessed with balls and love to play catch. They would destroy all tennis ball including ones for dogs within minutes. These have lasted over a year! They have some teeth marks but still work great! I have just bought a second set as they still tend to get lost from time to time.

These are worth the money!! BUY THEM!!
Pattern Name: 3 Large balls
These balls are amazing if you have a dog that likes to chew! We have 2 medium sized breeds that are heavy heavy chewers and they get so excited when we dig these out from under the couch or tv stand. Most "chew toys" have to find their way to the garbage within a few days. We've had these a little over 2 weeks now and they are holding up great. There are little teeth marks in them but no chunks ripped out and seem to be holding up great. They are a little squishy so I was worried they would get destroyed but nope. They are a little bigger than a tennis ball so I don't have to worry about them choking on them. JUST BUY THEM!!

Nice Ball
Pattern Name: 1 Large ball
Nice light, yet durable ball for my gs/pit mix. He's a year and a half and he plays hard. I really like this ball and I'd buy it again.
