The Contracor WBP is a portable wet blast pump that adds water injection to your existing blast setup, reducing dust by up to 92% compared to dry blasting. It is the practical solution for jobs where dust suppression is required but a full enclosure of the work area is not possible — such as on-site blasting where dust and abrasive clean-up need to be reduced.

The WBP connects to your blast system in two ways: between the blast vessel and the blast hose, where the blast media is moistened as it travels through the hose, or directly to the WBN nozzle or WBA attachment for precise control of the water flow at the nozzle. The heavy-duty stainless steel pump operates at a 3:1 pressure ratio and delivers up to 16 litres of water per minute, with adjustable water pressure via the compressed air filter/regulator unit.

The WBP is supplied as a complete wet blast pump unit mounted on a portable frame.

Standard delivery includes:

• Stainless steel air pump
• Compressed air filter/regulator unit
• Water suction hose
• Two water injection adapters for 1/2" and 1 1/4" connections
• Appropriate CFT-0 and CFT-1 hose couplings
