Summer Teens Art Camp Calgary 2026 - Painting & DrawingWeek 1 (June 29 July 3) runs the full 5 days. Grasby Art Studio is open on Canada Day (Wednesday, July 1), so camp runs Monday to Friday as usual that week. Grasby's Summer Art Camp is appropriate for teen artists that are serious about improving art skills and enjoying a communal environment of other like minded teen artists. At camp, your teen will take part in art demonstrations in drawing and painting to expand their repertoire of art techniques,

Grasby's Summer Art Camp is appropriate for teen artists that are serious about improving art skills and enjoying a communal environment of other like-minded teen artists. At camp, your teen will take part in art demonstrations in drawing and painting to expand their repertoire of art techniques, as well as receive coaching to produce personal art projects to a high standard of care. Registration for art camp is done on a week-by-week basis (Monday to Friday), featuring different projects each week. At summer camp your teen will:

• Receive mentorship from our talented staff
• Practice our 5-step drawing method
• Discover a variety of drawing and painting techniques
• Improve creative confidence and self esteem
• Experiment with charcoal, pen, graphite, pastel, acrylic, oil, or watercolour
• Create art projects of personal interest
• Participate in different instructed demonstrations each week
• Meet other talented teen artists
• Enjoy our new north art studio, art gallery, and private outdoor courtyard

Timeslots: full day 9:00 am - 3:30pm, morning 9:00am - 12:00 pm or afternoon 12:30pm - 3:30pm
Weeks: 10 weeks available - from June 28 to Sept 3 2026

Cost: $550 (full day) $299 (half day)

* Week 1 (June 29 - July 3) is a full 5-day week - we are open on Canada Day, July 1.
* Reimbursement for the August 3rd holiday will be done at the front desk.
