- 32,000 BTU/hr open burners sit on 12" x 12" cast-iron grates with a removable full-width drip pan.
- The 24-inch griddle/broiler uses a 3/4-inch plate and manual controls for section-by-section heat control.
- Left-side convection oven includes two racks, five tray positions, and a 250°F to 500°F thermostat.
- Stainless steel front, sides, back riser, and shelf are built for heavy-duty commercial use.
