General Hospital, and the Lorton Reformatory, DeMarco discovers that the reason that the police won’t talk is that the Mayor of the District of Columbia may be involved in the shooting. This book gives the reader an inside look at what it is like to prepare and try a multi-million-dollar police brutality case.
About the Author
James A. DeVita is a graduate of Georgetown Law School. After graduating from law school, James worked for the U.S. Department of Justice and the D.C. Attorney General’s Office. This book draws on James’ experiences with the D.C. Attorney General’s Office where he handled serious personal injury cases and cases involving allegations of police brutality.
