The Human CCL25 (C-C motif chemokine 25) ELISA Kit measures CCL25 in Human Serum, Plasma, Cell Culture Supernatant, Cell or Tissue Lysate. This kit is based on Double antibody-Sandwich ELISA detection method and takes 4h assay time. The microplate provided in this kit has been precoated with anti CCL25 antibody. Add standard and properly diluted sample into relevant well respectively. After incubation, wash unbound components. Add biotinylated detection antibody. Then, it binds with CCL25 bound to precoated antibody. Wash unbound components and add HRP-Streptavidin Conjugate (SABC). Wash unbound components again and add TMB substrate solution. Then, TMB was catalyzed by HRP to produce a blue color product that turned yellow after adding a stop solution. Read the O.D. absorbance at 450nm in a microplate reader. Calculate the concentration of CCL25 in the sample by plotting standard curve. The concentration of the target substance is proportional to the OD450 value.

I’m a really tough pillow critic and have a hard time finding one I actually like. With that said, this pillow was better than a lot of others I’ve tried—mainly because you can remove some of the latex shavings to adjust the firmness. I ended up taking out about 20% (do it over a big trash can because the shavings can get messy!). When it arrived it was too firm for me, which is why I had to take some filling out. Even after adjusting it, it’s still not my absolute favorite pillow, but I do use it every night as a “hug” pillow and it works great for that. I think people who aren’t as picky as I am will probably really enjoy it, especially since you can customize the amount of latex to get it just right. I’d give it 3.5 stars, but rounded up to 4.
