The HP LaserJet CP1518NI is a color laser printer designed for use by workgroups, especially in large office setups. Compatible with both Mac and PC, this HP laser printer can operate with both platforms on the same network. This desktop printer produces black prints at a rate of 12 pages per minute, and color prints at 8 pages per minute. The first page takes 26 seconds to print. This speed is decent, will help users go through printing jobs quickly. The HP LaserJet CP1518NI is network-ready and connects via Ethernet, Fast Ethernet, TCP/IP or USB port. This HP laser printer is capable of printing photos even without a PC. This workgroup printer prints legal size, executive size and number 10 Monarch envelope sizes up to an 8.5 x 14-inch diameter. This workgroup printer can handle a load of up to 30,000 pages per month, and can print on many types of paper, including brochure, cardstock, envelopes, glossy, labels, photo, preprinted, recycled, rough, and transparency sheets. The HP LaserJet CP1518NI prints up to 600 x 600 dpi resolution. This versatile printer is ideal for the busy office environment with multiple networked PCs and/or Mac computers.
