- Electronic thermostat control helps maintain consistent frying temperatures.
- Stainless steel frypot, front, sides, landing ledge, and cabinet support durability and easy cleaning.
- Includes a food warmer, dump pan, joiner strips, filter starter kit, and casters.
- Sold without basket lifts; optional lift configurations are available separately.
