- Cleanse your face with a gentle face wash and pat dry. Apply an even layer of the mask on the face and neck, focused on areas with blackheads and open pores. Avoid applying on the sensitive skin around the eyes, brows, and lips. Allow it to dry. and then peel it off.

Easy Claims Process
It is not a long complicated process to file and resolve a claim. Be warned--sometimes they will want you to send back the defective or damaged product, even if it's not worth the shipping ---they pay. Overall worth the investment though.
