The Human LAMA2 (Laminin subunit alpha-2) ELISA Kit measures LAMA2 in Human Serum, Plasma, Cell Culture Supernatant, Cell or Tissue Lysate. This kit is based on Double antibody-Sandwich ELISA detection method and takes 4h assay time. The microplate provided in this kit has been precoated with anti LAMA2 antibody. Add standard and properly diluted sample into relevant well respectively. After incubation, wash unbound components. Add biotinylated detection antibody. Then, it binds with LAMA2 bound to precoated antibody. Wash unbound components and add HRP-Streptavidin Conjugate (SABC). Wash unbound components again and add TMB substrate solution. Then, TMB was catalyzed by HRP to produce a blue color product that turned yellow after adding a stop solution. Read the O.D. absorbance at 450nm in a microplate reader. Calculate the concentration of LAMA2 in the sample by plotting standard curve. The concentration of the target substance is proportional to the OD450 value.

Purchased this for our trip to Mexico. At two cruise ports we were doing a combination snorkel and pool day. I got this sunscreen because it was reef friendly and came with two bottles. Both bottles were IMPOSSIBLE to spray. You could not sunscreen yourself because you had to hold the bottle just right, push down with extreme force, and have your fingers place very specifically on the lid. My 13 year old and husband couldn’t even use the bottles. I did figure it out so I had to continually sunscreen everyone in the family. No one in my family has sensitive skin, but we all ended up with a fine rash after using this sunscreen. On days prior we used another brand and no one had a problem. We also reapplied often (every 60-90 min) and we still got pretty burnt. Maybe we got a bad batch…
