The Human (BMP8A) Bone Morphogenetic Protein 8A ELISA Kit measures Bone Morphogenetic Protein 8A in samples. The plate has been pre-coated with Human BMP8A antibody. BMP8A present in the sample is added and binds to antibodies coated on the wells. And then biotinylated Human BMP8A Antibody is added and binds to BMP8A in the sample. Then Streptavidin-HRP is added and binds to the Biotinylated BMP8A antibody. After incubation unbound Streptavidin-HRP is washed away during a washing step. Substrate solution is then added and color develops in proportion to the amount of Human BMP8A. The reaction is terminated by addition of acidic stop solution and absorbance is measured at 450 nm.

These were very expensive and I would hope that they would be very high-end products. They smell wonderful, but neither the shampoo nor the body wash is big on the lather, and you tend to use more than you probably should. The lotion is nice and smells nice as well. I have not yet used the soap disks. I do think the price point is a bit ridiculous for the amount of product you get, but I guess if you’re looking for the smell, then it is worth it.
