- Oven thermostat adjusts from 200°F to 500°F, with top browning control for finishing.
- Stainless steel front, sides, back riser, shelf, and legs provide a durable, easy-to-clean exterior.
- 480V unit requires 1- or 3-phase power; ranges ship in 3-phase and are field convertible to single phase.
