By combining high-quality polycarbonate with ABS, the shell achieves exceptional impact resistance while remaining lightweight. The ACS Advanced Channeling Ventilation System ensures efficient airflow, drawing heat and moisture away for consistent rider comfort.

Developed using wind tunnel testing and advanced CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) analysis, the i80 offers excellent aerodynamic stability and reduced wind resistance, even at higher speeds. Inside, the moisture-wicking interior enhances comfort, while 3D-contoured cheek pads provide a secure fit and can be interchanged across all sizes. The helmet is also eyewear-friendly, featuring integrated goggle channels for spectacle wearers, and comes equipped with a pre-installed dark-tinted sun visor for added convenience.
