Ingredients: Each 1g contains: Tincture equiv. dry: Arnica montana flower 4.5mg; Arnica montana root 500micrograms; Tincture equiv. fresh juice: Urtica urens, herb 475mg; in water/ethanol base. Contains alcohol 20% v/v.
