Chai Hu Long Gu Mu Li Tang Plus by Five Flavor Herbs, also known as Bupleurum Dragon Bone Oyster Shell Combination, is a traditional Chinese herbal formula modified with Western herbs (California Poppy, Milky Oats, Pasque Flower, Skullcap) to calm the nervous system, alleviate anxiety, reduce stress-related blood pressure, and improve insomnia.

It is used for "wired but exhausted" states, emotional agitation, and trauma recovery. 

TCM Actions: Unblocks all three yang levels, sedates and calms the spirit.

Ingredients: Organic California Poppy whole plant, Organic Milky Oat seed, Western Pasque Flower whole plant, Organic Skullcap aerial parts, Organic Bupleurum root, Dragon Bone, Jujube fruit, Organic Fresh Ginger rhizome, Organic Asian Ginseng root, Organic Poria sclerotium, Organic Chinese Skullcap root, Oyster shell*, Cinnamon twig, Organic Pinellia rhizome, Cane Alcohol, Purified Water

Five Flavors Herbs are manufactured in the US at an FDA-registered facility following cGMP standards and their products are tested for heavy metals, groundwater contaminations, pharmaceuticals, radiation, pesticides and sulfur dioxide.

Suggested Use: 
Take 15 - 60 drops in 1/4 cup water 3-5 times daily or as directed. Shake well before using.

I've been using this for about a month now, every night on my face and neck, hoping to reduce the appearance of wrinkles and tighten some of my skin in that area that seems to be losing elasticity. It didn't cause my sensitive skin any breakouts or redness (although I was applying it at night before bed, so perhaps any redness was calmed overnight). I'm going to go ahead and finish the bottle, but based on these results, I probably won't repurchase.
